Good afternoon,

Just wanted to post something positive. Very happy with the ECO-65 so far. Had a few issues with the ignitor. SBI was quick to respond and very helpful. Kudos to them.

It was -22C at our house when I woke up this morning. House was still toasty running on # 2 all night.

Not sure I can say the same, went through a lot of chimney issues and costs to re-do it 2 times, even though it was installed per manual, ended up with a smoke smell. Not pleased with the manual. I want a free gasket kit for the trouble I went though....

Gee Hyfire,

I'm surprised. I'm sure they will come through for you. We called the toll free number. Sounds like yours was a pain in the assh installing. We had install issues of sorts but it was BMR that provided gas venting not pellet venting.

The manual def could use reworking. They should get my Mum to write it For them. She writes technical and user manuals.
 
My ignitor just went out 2 seasons burning. I suppose I should call SBI. What happened with yours?

They keep sending new ones. Not sure yet. Hope they figure it out soon.
