Making hot water in a Crane 14 cast iron boiler. Made in the 1940's to burn either coal or oil.
Was oil fired in a co-workers basement till the 70's when he installed new efficient oil boiler.
Broke boiler into it's individual 4 sections and put down in my cellar and put it back together to burn wood.
Have been burning wood in it for 30 years. Always work in process
to improve controls.Interact
