    Born and raised in Bossier City, Louisiana. Served in the Air Force from 1966-1970. Married for 35 years & have two lovely daughters and three beautiful grand children. Moved to Carlsbad NM in 1975 and started my own bbq business. Have taught and helped many people get started in this industry.
