58 years old and have lived in Arizona for almost 20 years now. I live in a semi-rural community on an acre with the national forest at my back fence.

Bought a fixer upper home and have added 2 rooms, upgraded plumbing, stuccoed, roofed and done lots of concrete work outside the home. The interior is about 1/2 done. The bathroom is upgraded and I poured 1 1/2 inches of concrete and put pex tubing in to eventually hook up to radiant heating. Right now just have a wood stove with a blower to heat the entire house. Someday soon though hot water will be coursing throghh the floors and I will be sitting here looking out on my "estate" enjoying the glow.

I am a nurse practitioner but am slowly retiring to a part-time home based type of work of various possibilities.

Sailing, windsurfing, photography, woodworking, metal fabrication, 4 wheeling and anything to do outdoors
