This things is a heating monster! I had the size smaller, Endeavor, before I put this one in. I swapped out. This thing is just incredible with the amount of heat it throws. It keeps the box temps steady at ~650 and holds it there for much much longer than the Endeavor. Here in Southeast NY, Orange county, its suppose to get in the mid 20s tonight. Its shorts and Tshirt weather inside. Heat is surely kreeping upstairs to heat the whole house.

I should've gotten this one in the first place.

Are you loading her EW or NS? Glad to hear your very warm up there.

Been putting it in EW.

I have a bunch of longer splits that would have had to cut down, now..just toss them in. Done!

We have the liberty also and we think it is by far the best wood stove money can buy. I hope you have a very large house or else it is going to cook you out. We heat 2,400 sq ft 2 story house and it can easy heat it to 90 degrees. Currently its 34 degrees out side, just loaded the stove with 5 splits n/s and it is cruising at 675 with a living room temperature of 83 degrees and climbing but by the time I load it for an overnight burn it will be 90 degrees in here. Its t-shirt and shorts in this house all winter long. We don't get to much company this time of year because people can't stand how hot it is in here. I don't know if you cut your own wood or not but if you do I suggest cutting it 15in long so you can load it n/s(much easier and safer). Just one more happy lopi liberty owner.

i am loving this. i just posted another thread regarding same splits but now it runs hotter in this stove...? I do cut and split my own wood. For now, i'm loading it EW. I have to go through some very large pieces.

Yah...let it get down to the single digits now. I'm ready.

Last year we had a couple of signal digit nights and it was still anywhere between 85 and 90 degrees. Did you get the blower for your stove?

If you can't get the flue gas temps to at least 900f ..you got nothing..lol.

I almost bought that stove..if I didn't go cat that Liberty would have been my choice..congrats.

My neighbor has the liberty, he loves it. Here in Iowa its been very mild outside and near tropical inside. I just left his place, had some beers over there, it was 87 in the livingroom. Good thing the beers were cold.

87 is that all. My liberty has my living room to 90 and its 22 outside!

This stove is rockin! Burning ~650 - 725...steady.
Right now, only two splits in there and I've got ~680 on temp.

Do you have your air control almost shut down or completely shut down? I know you said you where going to take it slow with the stove but just wanted to know if you have filled it up yet

Haven't filled it yet. Kind of hesitant to. I'm getting great heat with box barely filled. air control currently is barely open...so its creeping.

I strongly recommend that the first time you fill it you have absolutely nothing else to do so you can be right beside the stove in case it goes nuclear
