they have 3 different plants
Idaho, Virginia and West Virginia
different make up for each pellet location

The 4th is the Orange letter bags. They are the softwoods and at one time were pretty good. We don't see them out here anymore.

Just finished a bag of green label this am...seem to give the same heat as Greene Team and Green Supreme (250 out heat exanger tube on setting #2) in my stove.

I'm just finishing up burning ½ ton blue labels. Heat's okay, extremely ashy, mega clinkers. No more Ligs for me!

You need to try a bag or two of the green label Ligs. They make straight hardwood, and a hard/softwood blend. I ran a couple bags of the blend and they seemed fine.

Good idea, but I generally take what they have at TSC. Sometimes I have a choice, sometimes not. There is a scruffy looking place nearer to me that says "WOOD PELLETS" on the side of a barn. Think I'll stop in and see what he's got. The only other local store gets $6/bag for theirs (I forget the brand). I tried a few bags, and didn't think they were worth the money. If I run across the green label Ligs, I'll give them a try. TSC might even have some one day.
I just got a ton of Instant Heats for $214 today. I hope they're as good as the last batch!

Bought 5 bags of these not bad little fines! Paid $6 a bag. Too much for me to grab more worth $5

New to the forum, first post. Used Ligs first 3 years and just started using Somerset couple days ago and what a difference. Much more heat out of the Somersets. Should have gone with this years ago.
