Hello from the Poconos of Eastern PA! I recently found this site and was happy to have done so. No more calling stove dealer or web searching stove issues. I own a Harman P43 and had it installed in my dining room last February. Have a horizontal vent with a fresh air intake. Learning more and more as I go with the Pellet stove as this is my first. So far the only issue was the auto ign. seems to get an ash build up and pellets feed and feed causing way too many to accum in the burn pot. The stove usually lights causing a waste of half burnt pellets into the ash can causing dirty glass. Once the stove never lit and shut done. A good cleaning and works fine! Anyway Hello!

Welcome from another Pennsylvanian. You can adjust the initial amount of pellets by adjusting the DIP switches on the control pannel. You'll need to remove the black metal tab first though. Here's a link where I learned about the switches. http://forum.iburncorn.com/viewtopic.php?t=3721&sid=5496609df78907d42232e5a294cae088 Same as for pellets regarding the feed amount at startup
I still recommend you call you dealer as well.

Welcome! As we say here, no pics of your stove = it never really happened. ;-)
