Looks great Pete1983, how much wood will that end holding?

Each bin is about 1.5 cord so 4.5 cords total 8ft pallets on ground 6ft standing 49inch wide. They would be painted but its too cold for that now :-S

Just awesome.
Great use of the big pallets.
You know you have to paint them to hold your "clam to fame".
(Kinda like Quads & the maul standing up in his pictures :) )

Put a pole in, that will get the neighbors talking.

If your a Fire God on this forum shouldn't she be on fire Zap? If I put a pole in there unfortunately she would be full of splinters cuz anything going in the bin will be wood. Eww bad joke

And I'll publicly thank Pallet Pete as he brought us several of those nice pallets. For sure we'll make good use of them. Thanks Pete.

Very nice looking bins. The best part is you can just keep adding more pallets as your wood supply grows.

I like the paint idea but that seems like a lot of boards to cover. Reminds me of painting a fence.

Type in pallet shed axe140 I made a painted pallet shed and it will last forever because of it. It's less work in the long run to not have to build a new bin every year.
I think your stcks look pretty slick well done!

Great job. Nice to see you put those pallets to good use other than kindling.

I get so many from work that they end up as kindling as well lol sorry

Pete

Pete, nice job! What exactly are those pallets from, and where can I get some! I may be able to integrate this idea to my woodshed plans, somehow.......

If you don't paint them, they weather and just kind of blend in when the wood seasons. :)

They are mostly pine And I get them from my work we pay for removal so I take them free and use them. My wood shed is also built out of them it is a very strong structure that holds roughly 2.5 cords they work very well.

Pete

Excellent.......it looks 'perfesionel'....lol.......you gave me some good idears fer my shed......
