Hey all, Hope everyone had a good week. They are calling for temps in the single digits in my neck of the woods. I have a nice stock of Black Locust ready to go. left work early today just to make sure i clean the chimney. My SootEater arrived today. Took me about 20 minutes or so to clean the stove. This tool is a great part of my little arsenal. The 30 is cruising at 550 now and secondaries are going strong.

Winter has finally arrived in Michigan. Not quite single digits but well below freezing. I received my sooteater earlier in the week. I have only had the T5 insert for less than 2 months now. I will probably try my first chimney cleaning in a month or so.
T5 is cranking & 77.6 degrees in the family room.
Lovin it......

Hey Bill, I see Flint and Lansing says 11 tonight but Saginaw is forecasting 8, so you might possibly get into the single digits.

Dennis,

This will probably be the coldest night since I've had the T5. Should be a good test to see how warm it stays in this drafty house. Built in the mid 70's, you might say it breathes well.

:) :cheese:
