So wood pellets.com has both of these pellets on sale for $209/Ton right now, but you have to buy 1.3 tons.
Which do you guys think is better ? I've burned a couple bags of the Premium wood pellets last year, and liked them, but I haven't burned the
old dominion before.
I'm buying 1.3 tons tomorrow, and was hoping for some input.
I have never gotten a bad pellet from them before.
Anyone had experience with either brand or both ?
I'm leaning tward the Premium Pellets, any input would be much apriciated.

Thanks,
Justin

Wow no hits yet

03281 but this was in an email I got from Corey

Well you already have "Moose Pellets", there's Geneva, there is MWP, Corinth, and there is also a new place in Eastern Maine.

I have pellets from MWP they are from two batches prior to the plant change over to run a batch of softwood pellets and then back to doing a hardwood/softwood blend. Both batches that I have are very good.

I have not tried any of the other pellets and can not compare them.

Never tried the Maines pellets. So to compare them would be unfair.

Old Dominion pellets are not a bad pellet. But not the greatest in my arsenal either. Somewhere in the Middle of the road. They are a smaller pellet in length (good thing IMO)and smell fantastic (not related, but they do).

Someone will be along before tomorrow. Its Friday and most people have not settled in at home. Have you checked j-takemans reviews? He may or may not have tested them. Worth a shot while waiting.

Thanks for the info guys. I ended up deciding on a 3rd option, as I couldn't find out enough info for a fair compairison.
I ended up buying a ton of Clear Choice, which are rebadged CleanFire hardwoods according to
Corey at Woodpellets.com
