let the stove cool, then let the dog up there to lick it clean!

Not sure what to use but I understand the blue/black is about the toughest. I think its pretty hard to hurt it.

Cool?I say heat that sucker up and let it burn off.

Thats the reason there is no way I would never cook on my Stove, I have too many options, I got over all that with my old smoke dragon I had for 20 smyhing yrs.

I guess I dont get to wierd about cookin on a wood stove. Last night I was hungery around midnight and I put a piece of cheese twixt 2 pieces of bread and walked down the stairs and threw that samwich on top of the stove. Best damned cheese samwitch I had in along time.
I look at a stove as a tool as do I with a firearm or a truck or whatever. Iffn It's gonna be around my place it is gonna earn it's keep. If I want eye candy I'll buy some pretty pictures. If I want heat when the power goes out or it's consistantly 10 below zero I will throw some more wood on the far.
Oh, and the olive oil I put on the bread fer that samwich didnt make my stove look any worse.
