This is the first year with my Mini, and it's a great little stove. Lots of heat for something its size.

I think the kitty likes the mini a wee bit more than you do!

I've seen the mini in action. Was very impressed at the amount of heat they produce. A neat stove both in performance and looks. ;-)

How much for the cat?

Nice stove! Never saw an exhaust setup go
under a stairway like that. Where does it go after what
we see there? Just curious.

The cat gets so hot I think it's going to burst into flames. The exhaust is not Ideal but works. Goes up 2 feet then under the stairs and out the house a 5 foot run. Here is a shot of it going across the basement stairwell. Run the lint eater once a month.

Another member VCburner has a similar setup. Not ideal but it sounds like you know what to keep an eye on. ;-)

I have a similar exhaust run. From the stove it goes 4 ft horizontal to the outside, then roughly 6 ft vertical. I forget the exact vertical run, but it was to spec from the englander manual when my dad and I did the install in 2008. You have to watch your head going down the basement stairs!
