My CAB 50 does not like Lignetics (green Label)

Stove or pot got cleaned out two days ago? I have to clean my pot daily. Dump pot, scrape, run .36 cal cleaning brush through holes, restart. Its similiar to yours. What was the stove set on? These things wont run on low unless there is a pretty good vertical run. Mine wouldnt run on low until I went 13' up through the roof. Now its happy on low. These stoves are extremely prone to missed ignitions also. Every other day was a missed ignition for me and I got tired to coming home to a 40 degree house and waiting 3 hours to get it back up to 70. I just leave mine running non stop by hooking a thermostat up to it and setting it on max like 90 degrees then put the stove setting on low setting while im at work or asleep and it will always call for heat but run no higher then low (or medium, high, Quad, works this way on all setting). Its the only way to get my stove in a manual setting. I presume yours is the same.

Sounds like you had a "Clinker" in front of the ignitor hole.

When was the last time you pulled the Ash Dump?

My Quad likes the Green Labels. Are yours the Hardwood/Conifer Blend? Or 100% Hardwood?

I ran on Low about 90% of the time. Only time I had any build up or Clinker problems, was when my Door Gasket was bad. Otherwise, great flow through the pot and ran 24/7. Cleaning on Sunday.

Our ps50 like the blue label ligs, even on low. Just clean it every day.

My quad would need daily pot scrap's to burn some fuels. And I would do full cleanings couple times a week. I don't miss them days one tiny bit!

My Green labels are the Blend (Hardwood/Conifer). So maybe thats the difference.

Imacman has both. A ton of Hardwood and a ton of Blend. IIRC. He liked both. But his Multi Fueler has an agitator that gets rid of Clinkers, like I get rid of Oreo's. So doubt he notices. ;-P
