What's the recommended feed setting for the P68? Just got a new one installed, had one in our old house but I can't remember the setting we had for it? It's at three but the stove doesn't seem to be getting as hot as I remember. Would increasing the setting to four help? I think that is what it was at before.

Burning Isabella softwood (pine) pellets.

4 is a good starting point. I have the P43 and keep it at 5. The stove really shouldn't overfeed because of the esp probe and control board all working in tandem.

I keep my p61 at 3.5. The stove is not the problem. The Isabella are not a very hot pellet. I would try a different pellet.

Not a lot of places to get pellets around here, so I rely on my stove dealer... This is what he's getting this year.

Sounds like Maine, maybe a little worse.

I keep my P61A at 4.

Follow instructions in the manual to set it and forget it... unless you change pellet brands, then do it again.

x2!

I keep mine on 5+. Running in Room Temp, the stove, via the ESP probe, will regulate how much to feed. Keeping it on three is only letting the auger feed for 30 secs each minute. A good check is to time the auger to see if it is running the full 30 secs out of each minute. If it is then you need to increase your feed rate to get more heat.
