The stove shop near me had some of these. I thought it was a cool idea, but better suited for wood stoves (mostly what they sell) where radiant heat is more the name of the game. I think theirs were cheaper, too.

Yep, mainly made for wood stove, but the price is insane. Don't worry about ever seeing one in THIS household.

Way to much money. Not enough CFM's. Even in the Hearth Room they are a heated discussion (think OAK for pellet stoves).

I use a small fan on the floor blowing at my woodstove. My pellet stove has a convection blower on it. Wont see one of those in my house.

Maybe a Magic Heat, but no Eco Fan..... ;-P

wtf is that? can't tell from linky.

Flyover Magic Heat? ;-P

Yep. Looks like a table. But it has an intake, exhaust, and then a bunch of heat exchange tubes in it.

How the H#LL would you clean that?? Then the price!! I could buy another stove off of Craiglist for that much money. ;-P (hmmmm lightbulb).

Actually thought about putting an Englander 30-NC back there. Right now they can be had for $649 + $50 and its shipped to your door. Hard to beat. Heck of a heater. Huge 3.5 cu ft firebox and burns like the bowels of He##.

I don't like that fan as it doesn't have a cage protecting the blades. To me that would be dangerous.
