A new Tractor Supply store opened in my town today and I stopped in to find them selling GS at 224.50/ton. I grabbed 6 bags to try in my stove. Their grand opening is 3/17, at which time I am hoping to get a little "buying incentive" - Maybe 10% your entire purchase? If so, would you pull the trigger on a ton at 202.00/ton? If there isn't a sale at the grand opening, would you pull the trigger at 224.50/ton? They don't deliver but they are only a couple of miles from my house and I can do a ton in 2 loads. I don't need them as aI jsut bought a ton of Lecretes but what price would entice you? Would love some advice from some experienced buyers.

If you can get them for under $210/ton, I'd jump on them. They're really NEWP's in a different bag, but would be OK for shoulder burning.

I just picked up 5 bags yesterday in a hurry. Asked for a discount and paid $3.55 a bag. The lowest that I've paid this year has been $2.96 a bag.

If you want a lower price then ask for one.

I've paid $217 a ton, which is fine with me, especially since they are NEWPs, and if I buy NEWPs those are arounf $275 a ton or more. Ridiculous.

Where did you get them? Was it also at a TSC?

Back in the fall they were $197/ton, I would consider below $210/ton. If you don't need them for this season you might be better holding for a good price late this spring or late summer / early fall.

209.00 a ton here. I find them extremely ashy. heat output not the greatest but good enough to get by on for a shoulder season pellet

$4.87 a bag at HD. Very ashy.
