Hello

Well it may not be pretty but is sure works like crazy!! See pic below

2x4 shed with John Mansfield R15 Faced Fiberglass with no Formaldahide under Reflectix Foil on the wall behind the pellet stove.

R15 FG + R3.9 Foil = R18.9 (Almost R19!!) for a 2x4 wall with heat reflection!!

Actually thinking of paneling over this later. :)

You now need a Disco Ball.

Well I doubt if you'll be firing up a stove in there, it would likely send you running for the nearest iceberg.

It will be like the easy bake oven!! The pellet stove will cycle once or twice a day!!!

Yes, but that was true anyway since it does warm up.

Boy that cold start testing sure shows up any real needed fixing!! LOL

Hello

I am trying to make the shed like the BlackWell House where Quadrafire does all their Stove Lab Testing!
See pic

Do you know where that is? I wonder if they do cold start testing there??

I really like your hearth pad assembly, I had to raise mine up to match an old hole in the wall and did a quick job. This summer I will build a real one, maybe by then I will know how to post pics.

A couple decent sized farts will probly heat the place up just fine.

Invite Jay over. :)

This hearth pad puts out 200 Deg F when the pellet stove is down for cleaning!!!
