A few weeks ago I had an issue with my distribution blower on my Harman Accentra Insert. I thought before I call my local dealer let me get an expert opinion. I gave Eric a call and with no surprise he answers the phone and talks me through a little troubleshooting and diagnosis that the Distribution blower is bad. He then offers to send me a new distribution blower the very next day and I said let me check with my local dealer and see if they have one in stock. The local dealer didn't have one in stock but no big deal since we are heading into the low 60's for the next several days I'll just have the local dealer order me a new distribution blower. Here we are week 3 and I still don't have the distribution blower. I can't blame my local dealer it could be a Harman supply issue. The fact though is that Eric at Kinsman stoves would have had me a Distribution Blower here in two days and I wouldn't be using my oil furnace as now the temperatures have dropped! So when in doubt or you have a question give Eric a Call at Kinsman stove. Thanks!

Too bad you turned down the offer. Nice to hear theres still good service.

Yes, Eric is one of the really good guys in this business....always willing to give help/advice, gives discounts to forum members, and is an all around great guy. I buy anything I can from him.

Plus, he owes me a LOT of brewskies. ;lol

Eric is a great guy, has helped me out a few times , control board, snap disc, blower motor and gaskets,
Eric is a real good guy. He even gave me a Kinsmans stocking cap.

Eric is definately a class act. got a chance to meet him several years ago and check out his stores, the guy is every bit what you would expect from reading his posts. great person, a vet at that which is a big +1 in my book. as far as im concerned , the guy gets straight "A's" across the board, if you are in his area and want a stove , see him first!

BTW he doesnt carry my products, if i lose a few sales for this i'll take it. its worth it to keep a guy like him in the industry

Yep... Great guy. Great Dealer.... Great Prices. Oh. And I got a Hat too..

I dont know how he makes money?? $$

Dexter, it makes vets feel aprreciated when they hear people say things like that. Thank you.

Thank You... Not me...

Looking at my kids while they sleep, it brings a tear to my eye. The things that others (you and every vet or anyone serving right now) do (or have done) to ensure our freedom.

Something you should be Very Proud of.

Thank ALL of you.

When I was trying to decide between the Quad Classic Bay or the Santa Fe I called Eric...I'm in MD mind ya...knew he could see he had nothing to lose by helping me with some advice versus the local sales guy ;) Sure enough, after a few chuckles Eric was kind enough to help me thru my decision making task :) If I lived in his neck of the woods he'd be my 'go to' for all wood pellets/stoves/parts/issues/service :)

We have a stove store about 2 miles from our house. We drove about an hour to see Eric and purchased our stove from him. We like helping the 'little guy', like giving our business to someone who actually appreciates it, like helping our vets too! Those were the factors leading to our purchase.

After going 6 wks with only 2 space heaters for heat, this pellet stove feels FABULOUS right now!!
