I'm looking for the 1/8" hole to take a reading from the stove with a magnahelic gauge. The manual says it on the right side of the pedestal, but this stove is not on a pedestal. I called my dealer and he said he would have to make a phone call as he has never been able to find it either. Does anyone know where this thing is!!?

on my m55 cast free standing its on the right side of the ash box as you looking from the front of the stove

Found it! Thanks. I have 4 other holes in the side of the ash box from where the brackets that attached the stove to the pallet were screwed in. I probably should have saved those and screwed them back in

Yes you should have put those screws back in, I do not remember if it was the direction's that stated that or if it was on the shipping bracket that you removed

Yeah, either way I missed it. I'll have to find some that fit and replace them.

Put some duct tape over them until I can get to the hardware store tomorrow. Took my reading on level three and I'm at .20. Stove seems good there

make sure you do put those bolts back in the holes. I do not know why but the dealer told me when I unbolted the pallet from the stove it is critical to put those bolts back in. I Imagine you would get a leak from the ash dwarer.

Yeah I am assuming it would affect the pressure in the ash box. I can't believe I missed putting those bolts back in! Oh well mistakes happen. At least I caught it.
