Had some of the old deck lumber left over from the woodshed project so I made two pallets. One is 48X72 and the other is 40X72. Get them leveled up and they should last several years. Pallet 002.JPG

that'll last a lot longer than a regular pallet. You should be good for a decade with them.

Looks very well made.
Did that a couple years ago with some 3x5 landscaping timbers (treated) and roughsawn pine.
They're still holding up pretty well, except where the knots are in the pine.

Stacked 5-1/2 feet high, that will hold a cord ;)
Look plenty stout to hold up too.
Wood burners rarely ever waste wood. Good idea ! :)

Looks great... Gonna last much longer than a standard pallet.

You have it off the ground itself. Thats gonna help tremendously with the longevity. It also Looks super stout. Nice job...

Looks like cedar and you mentioned that it was leftover deck material. It will see lots of stack turnovers.

Treated yellow pine from the deck my Son tore out. As turnovers go the firewood in the right of the photo is spruce that fell over.

Ah, yellow pine. We don't see much of that up here. By turnover, I meant many fillings and emptyings of wood.
