i am going to be building a new heart thing for my pellet stove in my living room, what is going to be the best pipe to use? the pipe is going to be all enclosed. also go 3 or 4 inch? also have not decided if i am going out the wall or the roof. out the wall would be going up and over the stairwell to the basement. only reason for wanting to go the wall way is i have a funny roof line straight up from where i want to go out. ( the roof line from my porch ties into the reg roof) i can post pictures later if needed.

"heart" For 30 seconds i was imagining a heart shaped hearth, like for valentines... This guys is a real romantic, this will be a first, i thought, before i figured out the spelling mistake.

like smoke show says, post pics.

i like ICC excel pellet pipe. more expensive but worth it.

haha no heart shaped hearth for me. got home late tonight, didnt get a chance to snap a few pictures.

Pics as Smoke said. Inside and Out. Plus pics of current set-up. Also, do you have an OAK? If not? Do you want one?

Is this the AE or CPM? Either one will like 4" better. IMO

i will be hooking my the AE . there is no current set up rite now. not sure if i am going to need an oak or not. just emailed myself a couple pictures will post them.

the inside picture, my plan is to build a bump out/fake fire place with a mantel about it and then a smaller bump out to mount my tv to and have the pipe inside there. only the rear part of the stove is going to be recessed in the opening. have been looking for pictures of ideas online but nothing i find is somewhat basic. behind that wall is a stairway with a storage area i can get to above it.

and on the outside pretty my dead center of that wall where i am doing all this is the roof line for my porch. not sure if i can get over far enough to offset it to miss it. that is why i though about going out the wall.
