I've yet to get a good enough shot on them with a pellet gun. Maybe I was going about it wrong but I dealt with them for year and tried pellets, traps and poison. The only thing that got rid of them was a cat, and not the first cat to try but maybe the 3rd.

Good luck.

I'd like to see one of these in action. Expensive as heck, but it looks effective. There is also the entertainment value to consider. ;lol

We have had a big problem with the Red ones and i just use a 22.

The attic took a big hit from them a few years ago and have kept them to a dull roar since ;)

After looking at the Rodenator , reminds me of something to try, i did it one time for moles.

I had one of those mole mounds, which points to a nest underground.

I scooped off the mound of dirt so I could pour liquid down the hole.

I got a gallon of bleach and a gallon of ammonia. Pour one whole gallon down the whole first the bleach then the gallon of ammonia.

Funny thing was about 30 seconds later a mole shot out of that whole like rocket and just laid there looked like steam coming off him and foamy looking.

Chemical warfare is so unfair use the force and the closest 10 gage open choke double barrel shotgun you can get your hands on and give them both barrels (leave the pellet gun at home).

Drown them--------Several years ago I was infested with tree rats.On my 2 1/2 acers I set up 3 -45 gal metal trash cans(so they can't sink their claws in the side and climb out).Fill them 1/2 full of water, get a 2x4 or 2x6 about 7-8 ft long nail couple nail on the bottom lumber(gang plank) so it won't be knocked off.Nail 2-3 ear corn at top of gang plank.Throw 5-6 ear corn in cans. You might have to add more corn cause some will sink.............Happy Hunting...........I've been told this will work on mice and rats.Except use 5 gal bucket and sunflower seeds?Never tried that yet...
