I am in year 3 of taking care of my 15 yr old (but great) Keystoker (so I'm still learning). After careful cleaning, I lit the fire to discover the feed was not working and coal was backing up behind the fire. I removed all the coal from hopper to check if pusher bar was moving easily - slightly in and out - which it was doing just fine. Put rice coal back in hopper - lite - same problem - coal not being pushed down grate. The gear or auger motor is working - at least the fan is going around. This motor was replaced 3 yrs. ago. Prior to lighting, I carefully cleaned the stove - removed all fly ash under grate and throughout stove, cleaned fans, oiled motors etc. Didn't know what else to try so called my fix-it man who is so busy repairing stoves that he can't help until Oct. 17. I live just south of Rochester, NY so you know I'm going to be cold. Any suggestions that I can try would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Joia24
