I don't think they make a bun that big ! LOL I'm gonna come back as a dog as long as my owner heats with a wood stove.

She'll let you know. She'll either move or burst into flames.

She's not even passed out yet. I laugh when they get that look like they've soaked up so much heat they can barely open their eyes. I've only had one cat in my life and she was a wood stove junky too.
Beautiful insert and hearth BTW.

Is 90 to hot, because thats what it is now in my living room as I type this. Fire is absoluty going out!! Have to go to bed and shut the door just to watch tv

The late, great Woodrow Woody Guthrie Wilson would lay thisclose to the old Vigilant. He'd sit there until I thought for sure he'd reach combustion. Then, he'd lift his head, pant, get up and head to the door. I'd let him out into the cold, he'd cool off, come back in and plant himself right in front of the stove again. He was on a three hour cycle.

This would last until April.

One of my cats likes to toast his junk in front of the stove. I don't really want to point an IR thermometer at that. He'd chase the laser anyway...

That's a happy dog!

My bulldog laid so close that the house smelled like hot bulldog. Made him move a couple times, thought he was singed.
The cocker spaniel used to lay on her bed, and pant. They liked the heat. Both have since passed. The new dog hasn't really
had the chance to figure out the stove yet. She prefers the couch. German Shorthair Pointer.
