What's would you pay for green teams. Are they that much better then green supreme?

My opinion of Green Supremes/ New England Wood Pellets are that they stink! I disliked them so much I sold my "free" ton for $3 bucks a bag! Green Teams only share the name Green and that they are both pellets. While not as good as say a Barefoot (more ashy and not as hot) they are a really decent pellet when priced right. I wouldn't pay the premium that Lowes wants now but I would be all over them for around $225. There are too many better choices for me in the $250-$280 range. Keep in mind your results may differ....

i'd second that....they burn very well in my stove but i,m not going to pay the inflated prices Lowes wants for them now

i,d go maybe 225.00 as well

I personally wouldn't pay more than $225-$230 for the Green Teams...I think they are a good pellet but I can get Turman which are an exceptional pellet for $250......just my $.02......I currently have both on hand.....

fmsm - I also won a ton of NEWP....what did you receive, the newer partial clear bags or the old all beige bags? Very below average pellet in my opinion....the local company that delivered the pellets delivered a ton of all mixed lot pellets from different years....

Last year i paid $190 a ton, my limit would be around $200 - 225 and not a dime more. I really hope Lowes gets the hint and drops the price or i would like to see them get stuck with a crap load of pallets.

I only have a little bit of experience with them but with Turmans in my area for 250 it would have to be around 200. The lowes around me have them for 209 so thats not too bad but they have been sitting forever.

After paying something like $177 (after discount) a ton for Green Teams last year, there is no way in HELL I would pay what Lowe's is asking. It's certainly not a bad pellet, but not for a premium price!

My thoughts exactly. I'm now buying MWP from HD at $178 after discount. My Harman eats them just fine.

Even if Lowes went back to their original pricing I'm not sure I'd buy them. Lowe's is playing us pellet buyers as a bunch of idiots and when I talked to Robbie at GT, his smug attitude pi$$ed me off. I'm perfectly happy burning locally made pellets and I'll continue to support them.

I got some Blazers burnin' right now just to take the edge off. If all pellets could be like this, life would be goooooooood!!!!!

I didn't win mine, they were part of the promotion when I bought my P35i last year.

Loaded up at Lowes last spring at $209...in the past, paid as high as $239...great shoulder pellet and started my season, last week with my first bag....bought back in March.
