Yes, definitely a Woodstock Classic but an old one. I believe you'll find a draft in the firebox door on this stove. They were a good stove in their time but not as good as the newer Classics. No doubt it is a good stove. However, I would not consider it for the price they are asking.

Not really sure Jimmy but I probably would not go over $500 or perhaps $600 depending on the condition of the stove.

Jimmy, I should add that if the stove did need some work, Woodstock will work with you on this. They also sell a kit that includes all the gaskets, cement, etc. Give them a call at 800-866-4344 and ask them some questions.

Talked to the guys a woodstock. Which by the way I now realize why everyone speak so highly of them because this guy talked to me for 5 min on this stove and he could have just blown me off.... Anyway the seller has told me that it is a non catylist dating it back to the 80's valuing it at about $500. So you guys were right on. I have got him down to $900 so I guess I will let him sit on it for a while or maybe someone will pay him that. Good to have this site to figure these things out.

Are you stuck on buying used because a new Woodstock is a good deal, if your low on funds then keep looking at ads, you'll find one eventually.

Chiming in late - I have the Fireview version of this stove - it is a catalyst though. I paid about $200 to rebuild all of the internal parts when I bought it (baffle, cat, cat hood assembly, gaskets). The seller had all the original paperwork, manuals, etc. and had kept good records.. I paid cash for it, 800 maybe, so was about $1000 total for the stove re-built.

Woodstock was awesome to work with, they helped me figure out how to situate it in the room and the documentation for replacing the parts was excellent.

Mine too has the draft in the loading door. Same color. If you can get him down in price maybe we'll have similar stoves this winter....
