Before and after pictures. Easy install, The liner slid in like it was covered in butter, and the damper was out in like 30 seconds. I wish I had done it myself but the dealer was so reasonable on the install I couldnt pass it up. Now to finish building the Mantle and prettying it up to my wife satisfaction. Fired it up - it was an almost artic 74 degrees out brrr! We were running around in our socks just to keep it on ha! The fan is whisper quiet until you get to about 80% on the dial which is reassuring cause I get so mental when ambient noise wrecks the surround sound. Overall I am happy with the dealer, he kept his promises, showd up pretty much when he said he would, had pretty much the same price for the insert and liner I could get it for on the net, and a pretty low install cost. I would have appreciated if they took away all the trash, but they did pile it neatly in front of the garage so not a big complaint. I dont know if its allowable to plug the dealer on the forum, but anyone looking to buy local to philly area is welcome to ask.
Now, Im on to get some more wood that means our definition of seasoned, not their definition which seems to mean it been split more than a day.

Nice! Looks like a nice place to chill out and munch down a pie from Joe's.

Who was the dealer? While I hesitate to drag anyone's name thru the mud based on one experience (even the company that tried to screw me on my chimney inspection!), I think a dealer who's done good deserves some positive word-of-mouth.

Nice hearth and bookcases.

Looking good. That's a great improvement. You've going to love the additional warmth.

HAHA have you been spying on us??
After the install it was 730 so we decided not to cook and has piazz from Joes!
The Dealer was "The Blazing Hearth" in Bensalem. We are heading back there this week for some tools that match the trim and other such things, they were very well priced when we were in the store.

That install is down right sexy. Me likey.

Good luck on your fuel supply. I procuring it just now, it may be a battle to find a good source (meaning, dry wood).

Joe's is to Hatboro as Nat's is to D-town. Maybe we should keep our mouths shut, though... if the newcomers know about it, you'll have to wait longer for your order!

How has the Osburn 2000 been workout for you? How big a space are you heating with it?

I wish I could answer that, but I havent really gotten a chance to really work it. I had a couple of break in fires in 68 degree weather.
and once it got cool Ive been traveling on business.
I fly home friday, and this weekend should be a good time for me to have a real sustained burn. Im looking forward to it. Ill let you know.

Updated, got in my first overnight burn. Plenty of hot coals after 7hrs and still very hot, raked it forward, threw 2 pieces in and it fired right up.
I cant comment on how well it heats cause I havent seen cold weather yet, but I will continue to update.
