I removed the jumper from the control board, hooked up the thermostat wires, connected to a Lux ltx9100u-006 thermostat. Plugged the stove back in, raised the set point and heard the thermo click, stove did not start??? I tried raising and lowering the the set temp, and stove just sat there off. I pushed the start button, and stove started as usuall, let it run for 20-25 mins then lowered the set point back down thermo clicked off, and stove continued to run. I eventually unhooked the wires from the thermo no change, shouldn't the stove shut down with no jumper connection made?
What am I missing here? Is there a mode I have to access on the stove? or? Anybody else have this stove on a thermostat (or any englander with the same control board) what am I doing wrong?
