Lowes Moving Coupon - Denied

I went in to Lowes in Epping, NH and was going to get 3 tons of Greene Supreme for $209 but they wouldn't take my 10% moving coupon. The cashier called someone who said go ahead a scan the coupon to show the customer the coupon will not work because he's already getting the contractor discount.

So if I wanted a contractor box of light bulbs, would they be denied as well?

Any one else have this problem?
 
Yes this just happened to me..
I ended up explaining this to the customer service gal. she said you get the contractor discount when you buy 50 bags.. so she rang up 49 bags added the military discount and then used my coupon.. she said you have to "trick" the computer.

They did you a favor Green Supremes stink! You an always check ou HD and use the Lowes coupon there.

I'm sure it won't be long before HD denies them too! But I'm gonna keep trying as all they can do is say no!

But the per bag price is higher.
 
order them online, youll get the contractor price automatically in your cart anf then enter the long coupon number on the address change coupon at checkout and it accepts the coupon. i just posted what i did in the wood pellet pricing report at the top. i ordered 4 tons plus the $65 delivery charge came to $774.56 delivered
and got them delivered a few hours ago...

Used my Lowes 10% movers at HD last week for 4 ton of stove chow.

My buddy thought so too, until I gave him a few bags of Barefoots. He is now paying for a premium pellet and liking it!

How did you know what pellet you were getting online?
 
they called me after the order and they said they had infernos and
green supremes at that price but when they messed up the 1st delivery
they gave me green teams for the same price. in the note section of
the order online at checkout type in you want the green supremes

Around here in NH most of the HD's carry Nations Choice, which make Green Supremes look like a super premium product. Besides....when you can get GS's for 188 a ton plus the discount I aint gonna complain at all. I bought mine in august, plus used a lowes card for the extra 5% off.
