In January 2009 the company the use 2 deliver our oil sent us a letter telling us we were off automatic delivery, if we called they still will fill our tank. We never made a call yet,the tank is at 3/4 full or just a tad under. ;lol

zap

O thank God some one did it ! That looks much better ;)

Pete

Heck zap, it looks like he has a good enough fire going now. ;lol

Nice setup.

It was roaring. Trying to get the hang of it. I'm gonna let it rip in the next few weeks when it drops down to the 20's maybe tonight
Looks like it is rippin now! Turn that baby down and watch the light show.

You need to try larger splits. When it gets roaring like that wood is usually being wasted and burn times are shorter. That is the size we use for starting fires in our stove.

Really nice. Beautiful setup. Just move the combustibles away from the stove to meet your clearances. Hate to get a fire outside of that stove now.
:)

I usually use the larger splits for over night before I put my head to rest. Should I use the large splits all day ?

Thanks ws. What do you mean when you say to move my combustibles away

Nice stove! It is also the sister model to mine, as it is Pallet Pete's. The fire looks like it's roaring, so turn the primary air down at least 3/4 and as tfdchief said, watch those afterburners start throwing flames at you. Get a magnetic thermometer for the top as well. I think the combustibles the others are referring to is the wood rack right next to the stove. Itt should be a bit further away to avoid spontaneous combustion. Stay warm and burn merrily!

I wouldn't until mid winter. You also might need to be a bit cautious with temperatures in the 20's. That is not very cold yet but you definitely will need some heat.

I don't know what I would do without you guys . Thanks

I'm surprised no one else chimed in, but the wood on the right and the gloves on the left are too close to the stove. Anything that is combustible needs to have the same clearances as the stove from the wall minimal.

I checked out your stove again, looks great! Your hearth pad is very similar to mine, be well

Thanks again. I did move both of them away
