Grilled some chicken and normally cook the onions on the grill. The wife is allergic to mushrooms and I got the craving for them. My grill is too small for chicken and two frying pans. I let the Englander handle the overflow.
This wood heating addiction started by hating to hear the furnace kick on. Now I hate to turn on the oven. Buffalo chicken thighs and shrimp another night.
True "buffalo" style....is deep fried, then shaken in a hot sauce mixture of Frank's Red Hot and butter. So the skin is crispy. Even if you oven bake it...shake it in the sauce after. And dip in blue cheese dressing.
Ive already reheated wings from a local tavern up the mountain (and they have the best wings I have EVER eaten, HANDS DOWN!) on my woodstove top and they've come out great, waaaay better that that microwave crap.......
