Clean it really good. Remove the top tray and back bricks and vacuum everything. If your handy, unplug and pull the unit forward from the fireplace, they typically just have the surround sandwiched between the stove and the hearth. Hopefully there is a clean-out you can get to at the end of the flex pipe, if so brush the vent first if you can and then clean it out by opening the clean-out and vacuuming good. The space between the clean out and comb fan is tight and gets easily plugged with ash. These stoves are a great candidate for the leaf blower trick, or at least the reversed shop vac trick (make a rectangular board the size of the right brick, put a strip of weather stripping around the inside flat edge. Cut a hole in the middle the size of your tapered shop vac tool. Remove right brick, put the new board over the hole, weather stripping to seal. Insert tapered tool into hole and push 'til snug. Reverse vac and let it rip. Blows the ash out through the vent, but make sure you have it sealed good or you'll make a mess!). Luck.

Once clean if it is still doing this we have other options. Eric has a good idea too, different size pellets feed differently and need the hopper adjusted.

Clean the stove (all stoves like a good cleaning) and vacuum the hopper (fines build up), and then open the feed gate as suggested above.

Every pellet is different. The gate needs to be adjusted accordingly

What setting are you running on?? The lower the setting, the higher I run the gate. On Low, I leave mine wide open.
