I have 2 Breckwell Big-E stoves, one of them is shutting down with a blinking #3 light, after ~15minutes. I have temporarily jumped the POF snap disk, and the over heat sensor, and the vac sensor, none of which made any difference. I also swapped control boards with my other known good stove, and got the same results. Both blowers are working, and the Auger is working right up til the shutdown sequence. I've done a full cleaning, but with all the sensors jumped, I wouldn't think that would matter. I have no idea what to try next, any suggestions?

What year is the stove?
I doubt its the high limit or the vacuum switch both would not allow pellets to feed. Most likely the POF wiring like a bad connection. With the power off(stove unplugged) you can ring out(check continuity) each wire back to the Molex connector on the control panel. If it has a broken wire, Most likely unless your real handy. You need to order a wiring harness.

Check every connection on the wiring harness. That means remove and re seat them to get rid of any corrosion and to check that the connections are physically tight. This includes the connections that go to the controller and here make certain that all of the contacts in the plugs actually engage. Those mo-lex jobs have been known to loosen up or get pushed far enough back in the plug that they don't make reliable contact. This can account for jumping having no effect. The initial auger run may not need the vacuum switch (depends upon when the controller starts polling for it).
thanks all, I've checked continuity on all the wires going to the sensors, and all checked out fine. The initial auger turn does require vac, and it was working, I only jumped it because I was running out of options. The molex is in good shape, and all connections have been checked, and are good.
History: The stoves are from 2009, and the 2 stoves together have run thru ~36 tons of pellets. I've replaced 2 convection blowers, a few POF sensors, and a combustion blower.

Thanks again, it seems to be working now, my guess is it is a broken wire, and by moving thigs around it's reconnected a break. That a least gives me something to work with. I'll start replacing wires now.
