Keeps throwing a h1 code. Ran it all last year with no problem. Stove is very hot. I'm noticing a lot more ash with the same pellets i used last year. Flame is real tall and when I adjust the damper the flame doesn't change. The damper as always been wide open and I'm noticing a lot of creosote in the burn area. Clogged vent? I also noticed the door gasket is messed up in the area both ends came together. Help any ideas? Thank you

Just gave it a closer inspection seems like a piece of the gasket has burnt where the 2 ends come together. Could this be my problem? It's running now and on low it's running real hot. Cleaned it yesterday and there's already a tone of ash
Fan is the same as it always has been. There is a thumb width of the gasket missing where the gasket ends meet on the bottom of the door in the middle where the gasket comes together.
No there isn't. It runs on low all day long but shuts down when I turn the temp up within a hour.

Replace bad door gasket and clean stove completly, including combustion blower and housing. Clean entire vent pipe. Complete cleanings including vent should be done every ton or two of pellets. Door gasket should not have any missing sections. 99% of all burn problems are dirty stove and dirty vent related, clean, clean, clean!

is the convection blower running? my drolet 65 had a bad wire connection on the convection blower and would overheat and shut down when i bought it. Took me a little to figure out because i had never heard it run with the convection blower on so i did not know what it sounded like. I was just hearing the exhaust motors and thought it was functioning properly. I would make sure that blower is working.
Sounds like a Dirty or plugged stove?
Do.you know how the air exits the stove? There are "Secret" passages that the exhaust has. Once these areas are full of ash, the stove can not breathe. No air out, means no air in.
