Freakin lowes

What a run around for the Somersets. I called on 11/19 and ordered 2 more tons of Somersets to be delivered that Saturday. Saturday comes only to have them call me and tell me they are short drivers and need to reschedule(little annoyed,but ok). They reschedule for Friday which is when I work from home so I can be here. Friday comes(today) and I wait all day wondering where the hell they are, so I call and get put on hold, then I get transferred and hung up on. I call back and the girl tells me they need to reschedule "I go WTF...again,this is the second time now", so she tells me to hold on a sec. The phone transfers and I get the head cashier who apparently just walked in and now (get this) she's annoyed that I got transferred to her. I go, talk to those idiots who transferred me over here, not me. NOW I get transferred back and hung up on again.....so I call back and ask for a manager and rip him a little. He tells me it was pushed out because of no driver, so I laughed and said you guys said that same chit on Saturday am I ever getting these freaking pellets. So now it is rescheduled for Tuesday AND after they supposedly get delivered I need to call the manager and he'll refund my delivery fee. If it gets pushed again, I'm gonna say screw this batch of Somersets I'll pay a little extra and go for the Hamers which are way more local to me. Might pay more, but I know I'll get em. What a difference of experiences between the first set of Somersets and the second. UNREAL! Lowes Sux!

went to pick up desk, handed this Old codger (snowbird) ( I'm 63) receipt for shelves,
30 min later I'm still waiting, he is still answering the phone, and socializing with everyone,
I politely ask" did they forget"? he says there busy, I replied Yea, Me too!
15 min later,I'm still waiting, so I approach the desk , he turns around (away from me)
so I pick up the phone, and push intercom button , and say "customer service at pickup desk"
should of seen all the employees look at me,
old codger says" you can't do that!"
so i picked up the ph again and said "manager to pick up desk please"
by now there are 6 lowes employees there, so I ask LOUDLY can anyone get these
shelves for me?
lady comes up and asked what going on, I explain, less than 2 min later , shelves are right there!
I tell the lady ( asst mgr) you need to fire the old fart! she laughed, said you want a job?

That's pretty funny. I thought I handled my situation pretty calmly compared to how I normally would have. If These damn Somersets were more readily available I would have told Lowes where they could stick their pellets! The things i need to do for Premium pellets. I need to do some research and see what is the Somersets equivalent that's more readily available so I don't need to rely on whether this multimillion dollar company has a driver available or not.

No. Good for you. Trust me if they weren't worth it I wouldn't have put up with half of the crap I have so far.

Might be time for me to look for an equal pellet. Lucky for you, you won't need to worry about that until 2024

Nope. I am actually very respectful. Until I'm being giving the run around and being lied to and hung up on and put on hold etc...on top of all that these have been paid for since the 19th. So not sure how you would handle it, but Im getting a little annoyed. I assume your customer service is much better than this otherwise you wouldn't still be around.

Well they were $209 per ton + $65 delivery, but after all this the price may go up. The $65 is for any amount delivered. It's a flat fee.
