When did this insert come out? Is it new or did I miss it? And what is the Jotul Simplex non cat burn system? It would look very nice in my fireplace.

Anyone know the average price on this insert? I also think it looks great and am considering installing one next year.

the winterport is what I'm currently eyeing and really just waiting for Jotul's 10% off sale that usually happens mid season. Anyway, the list price is $1800 for the unit which comes with a blower and then another $200+ for the surround.
