I can't say anything anymore it makes people get their panties in a bunch.

I got it to 77 and said uncle I was hot enough :)

do you use all those paper towels for the Tears? or Dusting? ;lol

Bag 52 went in this morning, not bad since the first bag went in back in Sept.

Number 82 just went in the hopper + no oil + two stoves = warm house = no complaints from the Mrs.

Tom C.

About one ton of pellets and one and a half tons of Envi Blocks. No oil- and the wife and 2 girls (5yo and 3yo) and toasty warm. It's been in the 20's overnight and most days in the 30's. The heat is nice, but nothing feels better than 75 degrees inside when it is -11 degrees outside! That's when it is cozy!

Envi Blocks.

Bags 55, 56 & 57 in hopper this AM.

CT, How do you like the Envi Blocks. Thinking of getting some for the Jotul, almost out of wood.

Just about a a Ton,
Had a few bags of Platinum Fire leftover from last year.
About 43 bags of McFeeters
3 bags Somerset
So yeah just about a ton.
Mcfeeter's are just OK. Ashy and not very hot but good shoulder season material
The Somersets burn hot and clean but fast. Probably due to small size.
I can turn down the heat setting to #2 when burning these. Normal is #3.

Blew by a ton awhile ago. Started burning in early October. Humping a ton into the basement this morning to get the stash up to what I need to I hope to get to the end of season. Another storm a coming and followed by some more cold. Just got a new UPS from Bestbuy delivered yesterday to get installed.

I also have been burning mainly on level 2 with the feed rate on 3...

Nailer, what do you have the feed and air levels set to??

Bag 34 will be going in later tonight.

Just over a ton. We started burning in October also. We still need to buy about two more tons to make it through winter

OMV, If I burn the Somerset's on my regular setting #3 I go thru a bag in about 14 hours.
That's keeping the house at 69 with 30 outside.
With the McFeeters (or any other decent pellet) I use setting #3 and get a full 24 hours out of a bag.
Under same conditions.
When the cold really sets in and the wind blows from the North The Somersets should shine. Saving them for then.

Eatonpcat,
With most pellets I buy I run stove on heat Setting #3 Feed and Air also on #3
With the Sumerset's I ran on Heat #2 Air and feed #2. Had same heat output.
Stove glass was already blackened on top right side so no idea if it burned better/cleaner. Or not.
Jury still out. Let you know when it gets colder.

Did a deep 1 ton cleaning last weekend at 51 bags, just burning blend until Tuesday, just started the MWP softwoods Wednesday

wow, you guys burn way too much. lol

i'm on bag 25 - ish....

Bag 36 in the hopper. Putting extra insulation in has helped cut down on my usage, I think.

Just poured the 48th bag in the hopper, started burning oct 15.

1 Ton for me today!

I'm at about a ton and a half. Running twenty four hours about half the time and from 7:00AM to 8:00PM the other half on warmer nights:confused:
