Now that Jersey shore got canceled.... i can just tell my gf to watch this thread for the drama she's looking for

Don't think we'll see any more drama. Not on my part anyway.

Looking at the news seeing the crap(kids/teachers killed in school) that goes on in this world. This stuff is just way too trival. Very sad day IMHO. My prayers go out to the parents that have lost a child. I could not bear what they will have to endure. Very sad day! :(

Yep just got home and saw the news :( I couldnt imagine how it feels losing your child. But have seen many, including my mom that have never been right since :(

I just saw the news, and I wonder what the world is coming to. Thoughts and prayers to the parents that lost there children.

I can not believe this stuff, I know this is a pellet forum but my god is there a place our kids are safe? Seriously, home schooling is looking better and better. The kid would be safe (and warm). I am about to get very sick just thinking about this.
It is not enough to say my thoughts and pray's are with these people but unfortunately it is all I have.

Think about the worst problem that you have right now and you will realize how good you truly have it.

My son just came home from school. I get to huge mine and I will very tightly with tears in my eye's!

Amen brother... Just gave my 11 yr old Son, a BIG squeeze. Thankful for everyday.

My Wife is a teacher and there are times where I too, think about home schooling.

One never knows what tomorrow brings? Be thankful........

ME? NO way! I have never received a nickle for any of my chit! I have only received free samples for the reviews. Anyone that thinks that can kiss my hind end! Might end up with a flipping black eye ta boot!

::P means I ain't saying nothing bad about him! ;em means I'm embarrassed! ;sick is just that. I'm also a bit sick about it. But adds and other stuff is what he does to make money from the site. Who he backs and takes funds from has nothing to do with me or my reviews. I don't ask or have I asked for anything in return for posting my stuff on his site.

That's why I wanted my stuff separate(when he asked to combine them). I have also had reviews that were nothing in line with his(see the McFeeters). He's gotta be doing something right, He's staying home burning pellets and I'm draggin my tail to labor day after day in a sweat shop!

Hey Jay how is it going?
How about I put up a poll on the homepage or hear back from your pellet pig followers as to which pellets they recommend for this winter? I have no problem with getting everybody's insight as to which pellets to bring the best this winter. The hearth.com crew can feel free to email me their "best of the best list" and output right up in the homepage of wood pellet reviews.com.

;sick

I hate to tell you but I really had a good burn from the infernos and if you read the heat output was crap but usually the smell and the ash is high as well.

I do not know anybody at Inferno nor have I ever received a single penny from them.

I bought a busted up back at Lowe's for two bucks and burned them.

The only advertising dollars I receive is from Google ad words which is the top of the website and from stove shops which place markers on the map of the pellets that they are selling. Altogether it's about a whopping $600 a month for about five months. I'm a website designer and online marketing guy for tree service companies, and landscapers. That's how I make my money

Also, I see that you have about six or so tons in that picture of Somerset wood pellets that's another big box wood pellet. I praise them as well their great pellet. And for anybody questioning the New England wood pellets, purchase a bag of New England wood pellets which were bagged in Jaffrey New Hampshire in then buy a bag of newly wood pellets which were bagged in New York plant, you will see a huge difference. Maybe I should make mention of that on the website that the New Hampshire wood pellets are far superior in my opinion than the New York pellets

That's the same site that picked NEWP as the best blended pellet this heating season.
Maybe I should have clarified that the newly wood pellets I burn from the Jaffrey New Hampshire plant were great. I hear horror stories about the new New York plant.

What blended pellet do you recommend? I'm very curious to hear what blended pellet you feel is superior to New England wood pellets blended pellet?

make up your mind, you say the ash is HIGH here, but in your review you say " i burned 2 bags and the ash is VERY low "
Its your site, your the review guy. not me im a noob but get it straight you are not sounding to professional here pick one HIGH or VERY LOW

Allow me to clarify,
I happen to be in Lowes in Epping New Hampshire, and purchased two bags of Inferno. I purchased them for two dollars a bag.

My observation of these pellets differed from the tons of comments I get about how much ash they usually produce. I was simply commenting on the fact of my observation that these two bags of pellets produce little ash, however, still not that much heat. I understand that Inferno pellets are made from waste wood and, personally, would not burn them because of not knowing what has dripped all over those pallets.

That's all I was saying. And as you know every batch of pellets is different.

quazi95(Rob), I don't think you need to explain yourself. Pellets are all a matter of opinion and everyone is entitled to their own. We have disagreed on a few brands in the past no biggie IMHO.

I have a few brands to try and might be getting a couple more next weekend. If it isn't to stressed(we have family due in over the holidays) I might get to them. otherwise it won't be till the spring.

As to where I post them? I quess I'll let the members here decide?

Stating ash is very low one place and stating high in another is far from an opinion.
Im not gonna beat a dead horse here,im done with it

and i hope you would post your stuff here jay

I like the fact that we disagree on a few different pellets. But again, it's like New England Wood pellet, there is a chef in a front loader out in their parking lot making the pellets every day. Their batches are going to differ day-to-day.
I just happened to get a few good bags that day. These pellets must not of the made on a Monday.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I actually seek out pellets which produce a lower amount of heat for the early and late season of winter. If not my house gets too hot. The January and February months I'm usually looking for those pellets that produce the highest amount of heat. Does anybody else do this?
