Looks like my Empress in plain black mine heats real good. I need to clean my burn pot every day..no big deal to me. Did ya get a good deal?

Well, it's either a Windsor or Empress, hard to tell - only 'visible' difference I know of is the drop chute where the pellets enter the burnpot - if it's round, then it's a Windor, Enviro changed it to square for the Empress (which is basically the same/upgraded model).

If it is a Windsor, I've been running one for almost 10 years now and it's been a solid, quality unit. The convection fan is a bit on the loud side and I generally have to dump the burnpot between lightings, but other than that i've been very happy with it (see sig).

I sent them a email maybe 1/2 hour after it was posted, he held it for me till this morning, nice guy.

Did you buy it I saw it on there for a few days.It was a great price right?My wife told me to go look at it,then the storm came and had to go to work till sunday morning.
