Hi guys, does any of you dealers know if the harman factory was closed this week for the holiday and didn't ship anything out? Ive been waiting for a part that my dealer keeps saying is coming....
Thanks for the help!

Thanks Jeff, I'm having big problems with my dealer....they never measured my fireplace the first time and assumed the 24 in hopper would work, well it didnt fit now they need to order a replacement 22 in hopper and im getting the run around and they are trying to charge me an extra $200 for the smaller hopper. I just wanted to make sure things where shipping out of the factory this week because i keep getting the "by the end of the day" line for 3 days now. So frustrating because now its getting cold in the northeast and i have a stove sitting in my garage....

Last time I sold an Insert and went to the customers house and measured before I ordered to cover my ass as they measured it for me and had 24 1/2, I went and measured and had 23 1/2 ordered a 22" insert and had an inch to spare to get it in to the opening and still had a clearance issue with their stone mantel.

Tell the dealer to suck up the $200.00 if they measured it as the 20 - 22 - 24 all have the same retail price.

I can run over and bang on the door and see if anyone is there for you. Just kidding. If your dealer is jerking you around with getting Harman parts i can give you the name of a few shops that are guaranteed to have anything you need in stock as long as its a factory Harman part. The one shop i go to is an amish stove shop that only deals with Harman stoves and have several barns full of parts inventory. He told me that if it pertains to a Harman he has it in stock. Anything i have ever needed it was there and i never pay retail price.
