Hehheh . . . I'm thinking . . . nope . . . I doubt anyone is still driving a Yugo these days . . . I suspect even the die-hard Yugo fans (all two of them) have long since sent their beloved Yugos to the scrap yard to be turned into woodstove thermometers.
! I wish I had taken a picture. The darn thing had TINTED windows! LOL I then decided to go faster than 55mph, and the poor thing couldn't keep up.

The Woodstock thermometer only has a small pointer that comes up from the bottom but I think it should be able to push a paperclip.

It'll work.I have the same thermometer from woodstock. I bent a little offset on a straight piece of the paperclip, so it would end up against the arrow's point, then shortened the other side, bent it down so it would rest inside the hole in the center. Takes a little tweaking but it works.

This is my first experience with having a woodstove, and it's going better than I ever thought it would. A big part of that is all the information and help I was able to find here. I honestly think stove manufacturers should include a link to this site in their instruction manual.
