Hello, my wife and I just left Home and Hearth in North Hampton NH looking at the accentra insert for our 2000 sq foot house. The sales guy told us it was too small but that they were coming out with a newer unit soon that is 50K BTU that it was supposed be out on Jan 1st but still isn't out. Is this true or just a rumor?

thank you

I am a Harman dealer and have not have of heard of anything yet

thanks, we were looking at the accentra and he didn't try to sell us the unit as he said it was too small for the house, so either he was being honest about a bigger stove coming or just didn't feel like making a sale.

This was our case as well. So we went with the mt Vernon insert. It's rated at 60k btu. About 700 more than the accentra.

That would be 18,000 more than the existing Accentra ;)
