Cleaned Englander last night then tried to light it only the pellets would not light. Tried for fifteen minutes no luck. Had some Oakanagans in truck threw small handful in front of igniter and they took off in about forty seconds. The customer said she got them from Aubuchons and the other name on the bag was Emerald. Long stores short. No ignition, no heat value! Stay away!

I'm currently using McFeeters and have zero problems. They are a little high on the ash side, but still put out good heat in my stove. Perhaps they "soaked" up some moisture like imacman said???

i've burned through about 3/4 of a ton without issue. A little ashy but I've found it to be a very decent hot pellet
