What do people reuse them for
I saw an article for a place in Maine that takes them back but i am not driving to Maine for that

I reuse them for a few different things But most get tossed
Small trash can liner next to my laundry and in my Bathroom But not her bathroom (OMG when I did that)
A few in my work shop area for sweepings and paper towels empty beer cans
A few under the sink for when I empty the leftovers from the frig.Yes weekly thing
I was also thinking of cutting them open and tacking them to my basement floor joist after I put some insulation under the floors the floors

I use them for can liners and i also use them to bag up construction debris. I'm in the middle of a renovation in my home is preparation for the arrival of my daughter. Otherwise I'd find a place to recycle them. I'm glad we have a renewable resource, but we have a responsibility to recycle.

Yeah, the bags are #4 plastic... but my county recycling only takes #s 1 & 2.

We use them in the kitchen trashcan and tie them shut with zipties. We may never need to buy trash bags again. Love it!

Kitchen garbage bags they are a little small but beats throwing them out also used for the cat litter

My town takes them for recycle, curbside pickup 2nd and 4th Thursday.

Do you have the article or a link to it for the place that takes them in Maine? I was not aware of that.

Trash bags.

I take 10 at a time and lay them out flat, fold them up into a small square, stick them in another #4 plastic shopping bag and tie it closed, then take them to the plastic bag collection bin at Walmart.

I make an effort to buy pellets that have a recyclable bag. Fortunately I have three brands to choose from that burn well, and have the emblem. We have a single stream container at work. I take all my recyclables in my pellet bags and toss them in. Wood waste for heat, in a recyclable bag, carrying recyclables. Plus I toss my ashes into the sand bin that gets used for topdressing sand on the golf course.

Zero waste. I need my own poster. ;)

I use one bag to hold about 40 other pellet bags.

Press them in tight and take it to the dump as 1 solid bag.
.
I find them too small to use as trash bags.

I did use a bunch before Christmas to use as box stuffing/filling for a woodturning project I had to ship up to Maine.

Trash bags and I use them for rag bags, just seal the rags up in them with a seal a meal.

Just took bags from 3 tons of pellets to the Walmart collection bin. Nice, easy way to get rid of them.

I was told that some places take them and some not...that I need to ask or they may get tossed out. Waiting for an area solid waste management organization to answer..

I use them for household trash, clean ups etc.

I always keep them in work trucks, they are pretty dam strong and great for removing broken concrete, tile, or nasty rotten leaves.

I use them for trash bags in the basement/garage. I made the mistake of using them in the kitchen trash can once. Bad move when something with liquid was dumped in there. Seemed like a great idea at the time.

I never thought about using them for weed blocker.

Recycling around my area is difficult. There is a dropoff place at a solid waste transfer station, but its about 15 miles from me and I don't get that way very often. I don't know if they take #4 plastic. I should check.
