I have a Napoleon stove that has given me problems since I bought. I bought it used, I took it apart and cleaned everything. I can't get it to burn more than a day without the pot overflowing. It has to be emptied everyday. The glass also gets black in a few hours. I replaced the door gasket, changed the piping, and replaced the combustion motor. I also have tried about 5 different brands of pellets with the same results. Does anyone have any advice on this problems?
Thanks John

More air might help. Try opening the damper. We have a member save$ who owns one. Hopefully he chimes in with his advice for you.

Have you cleaned EVERY single little passage?? (Meaning you know how the air gets from burn pot to Combustion blower)?)

Sounds like a blockage somewhere? Save$ has one and his only likes certain pellets. But IIRC, he can go at least 3 days without touching the pot.

I think I have gotten every passage. I also have tried every combination of air settings.

where are you putting your setting. auger feed ,air rod? is your ash pan sealed tight ? what does your flame look like when it is running ,and how long before your pot is full. i have run one of these stoves and they are not the easiest to get adjusted compared to many stoves .do you have an oak hooked up
