Newbie! Question about an OAK STOVE insert I'm about to buy,,,,,,,

I can't find any info on this stove insert. Such as year built?
Owner has all paperwork which is nice because I don't know what I'm doing. But I will.
This is a deal I don't want to pass up if you guys say this is a good stove.
Sorry all I have are these 4 pics. It's huge 47x34x14. Goes into fireplace 25" deep.
Is this one an adjustable air ratio. Or is it fixed?
Does anyone know the wattage of the fans?
BTU's?
I'm going to go over there tomorrow and check it out, but just wanted some expert advice before doing so.

Yep, looks like the seller would be the one getting a deal.
 
Can you elaborate? Is it not going to heat a house worth a damn? It's $100.
IF it saves me $100 per mth during the winter, then I don't care how efficient it is
 
Do you have free cut and split wood delivered to your home? Otherwise it will not save you much money. Modern stoves use half as much wood.
Remember, you get what you pay for, and there is a reason the Oak Manufacturing Company disappeared without a trace.
