Has anyone seen this before? The homeowner claims it came from within the bag of pellets. If you have seen it what is it. It was made of plastic. P2161229.JPGP2161230.JPG

Looks like a real life one of these.......

I went to service a Harman Advance last year because the women said the auger was not feeding. Long story short, I found a piece of brick inside the augur tube. It actually made its way through the hopper slide plate and got wedged inside the housing for the augur. It was a whole corner of an average brick. I have no idea how it made it through there, but it did. She had small kids so I asked if maybe one of them could have been messing around with the stove and she thought not. It must have been in the bag of pellets.

Ablaze your in Neenah and those poor folks are settling for Dejno's....

looks like a urethane bushing for a shock.

Possibly an Inferno?

Probably a part the came from the pellet making process. I would contact the pellet mfgr and place where you bought the pellets then put in a complaint. You might get a coupon for some free ones.

Looks like hole saw knock out

I once had a bolt get stuck in the auger. I was in a rush that night and just filled it from the bags even though i had found two more before that when sifting them.

No sympathy from the manufacturer. Just said they were confident in there process.

I actually have. Unfortunately, although they have bad customer service, they do provide the best balance of heat and price for me. And the guy that delivers them on his weekend job, works with me during the week. He brings a pallet jack and then sets them right in the basement and i wheel them in place. Saves a lot of lugging. Hoping to get Greene teams next year to cut down on my cleaning.
