Either your stash fell over or You need Eatonpcat to help you stack them things.:)

they did fall over at one point back when i had a little over 8 tons this summer. i restacked them but it didnt come out as good as the first time. i also from time to time use them as "stairs" to get up into the garage rafters so i can do things like get the christmas tree down or put it back up without messing with a ladder :-D

I really did just laugh out loud. That's funny.

8 tons using a pdvc the stove is only rated for 1500 sq . what do u run it on 9 all year round. how big is your house. I have a pdvc and a whitfield 30 and I use 3 tons a year. My house is a 2600 sq ft cape built in 78 granted I live in ct but 8 tons I'd that's like 3000 gallons of oil

I dont use 8 tons a year. I buy as much as I can pile in the garage. see the piggy on top? (btw i built that piggy). i use 3-4 tons a year. runs it 24/7 in the winter. i havent used a drop of oil since 2006. I've bought as much as 16 tons at a time during a sale. plus from the box store, delivery is $65 whether you get 1 ton or 20. saves money to get a whole lot.

Who's the chick in the photo?

Oy, for the "who's the chick in the photo..." Anyway, how about you send me a few bags that you don't need? I started the winter with 2.5 ton (.5 left over from last year's 3 ton) and after burning it hotter this year than I did last year I'm worried about having any on hand to finish the burning season... My power bill was nice and low this year thanks to letting the fire rip! Think I'm gonna need a pallet for March and April with the current forecasts... Brrr.
