Here are a few pics from my first leaf blower cleaning! I must say... it was awesome!

I had an absolute blast! Its too bad my stove went down and out after this cleaning and is still down as I'm typing this up.... *grumble* :mad:

I will also be investing in a Tee and another 3' of duravent for my vertical rise...soon. :-D

Congrats on the success. You can neck the end of the LB down? I cut the suction neck down, slid a 5"-4" reducer inside and used liquid nails to seal it. The 4" PVC slides right over the 3" vent I have and slides right in the 4" venting my pellet furnace.

Hmmm.... pics would be great, however I think you permanently attached a reducer to the leaf blower? Then utilize a second reducer for the 3" venting?

I did permanently attach the reducer. Its a 4" end that fits the outer of the 3" and inner of my 4" system.

I have an actual Backpack blower for duties in the yard. My electric LBT would be a PITA to use on 7 acres with an extension cord following me

Awesome! that is a phenomenal idea and I will def. follow suit as soon as my fiancee lets me buy my own backpack blower! A little off topic here but we did our ~1 acre this past year and let me say, they're well worth the investment as it turned my weekend project of cleaning up our yard into a Saturday morning project this past fall when I borrowed one.

Love that blower DD, I just wrap a rag around my pipe and slide blower tube over it. Works like a charm :cool:
