Pretty bogus early-buy prices up here. PWIs are $16 higher than last year's early buy, and only about $15 less than the regular price from this winter. Okanagans can be had for the bargain early-buy price of $299. Crazy.
Yea, I saw the listings they sell a lot of different pellets but nothing is ever a good price. I wont mention who it is Ive bought pellets a couple times there but felt ripped at the end of the day. Nice folks but I wont pay that much anymore.
PWI's aren't reduced at the place where I get them and Vt are only $10 off. They also have NewEngland's for $10 off, but not for me...Pretty bogus early-buy prices up here. I agree....the pellet prices at the pellet houses have been rising fast around here......still a bargain over propane fir me but the gap is closing that is for sure.A few years ago natural gas kicked pellet and wood stoves to the curb. Looks like it may happen again with these prices.
woodpellets.com sent an email blast out this morning.
nothing im really interested in brand wise or price wise. save $20 on 3 tons. whoopdie do. thanks for the $7 off per ton. That's 14 cents a bag.
The bigger savings are on the softwoods, they are $20 ton, or at least when they compare it to their previous prices. I am thinking of pulling the trigger on the Clearfire Pacific, it's that or Barefoots, which I can buy at the same price with a local dealer.woodpellets.com sent an email blast out this morning.

Got that too. Where do theu ship out of, and do they allow pick up ?
I don't know you, but I hate you. Just kidding. That unfortunately is not our world in this neck of the woods. I wish it was.....Retailers out of pellets!? I didn't think they were seasonal anywhere but the big box stores. I can get 100% doug fir Clean Burn pellets at a local lumber yard year round for $198/ton, the price never varies. I never have more than a ton on hand at any time, because when I get low, I just go buy another pallet of pellets.

I'm pretty sure WoodPellets.com ships out of multiple locations. Their offices are (or were) in Goffstown NH. In some places they offer local pick-up. In the Manchester NH area they have local pick-up via a local garden center. It shows up at as an option at the bottom of the page when you search on a zip code.Got that too. i swapped 2 bags of somersets for 2 bags of the clean fire doug fir and wasnt impressed at all.i have a pellet sifter and it kept clogging up the mesh screen with wood chips that were 3/4 to 1" long.have to say its the 1st time ive ever seen anything like that in a bag of pellets.heat was avg compared to most stuff ive tried.i upped the air and that didnt seem to help much.inside of stove is black.most i could get out of them temp wise was 260deg on heat level 3.sets,barefoot and even the firesides are all around the 300deg mark.I am thinking of pulling the trigger on the Clearfire Pacific, it's that or Barefoots,
